He is working over ten years with IT-Security solutions, focused on Open Source firmware security. As one of the main leaders of the coreboot and LinuxBoot project, he tries to push the open source firmware development onto the next level. He is also active as a member of the Das Labor e.V. hackerspace in Bochum, Germany.
